Us against the World
If I could do anything without any limitations, I would interview people and share their story. Uncut. I don't care if it's a typical story or completely outrageous, I just want to listen and document. From there I would want to pass on the mission for people to interview someone they don't know and document their story. So there's my goal: listen and document.

This is a good goal. I think you need to decide if you are the only interviewer, or if you want other people to continue the interview process. That will change the project a lot. It might help to think of a specific question you would like to ask people. If this turns into a journal that gets passed on, maybe each journal should have a theme.
